Our oil and gas filter housings lead the industry in quality, reliability, and longevity. Each filter housing is built to ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1. We custom-design housings to meet international codes and regulation requirements. GD & GZ Series

The GD and GZ series, forward flow, dry gas filter housings remove particulate contamination from dry gas including dust, dirt, sand and pipe scale. These filter housings are designed to filter fine particles from gases without excessive pressure differential build-up. Housings are available in vertical (GD series) or horizontal (GZ series) configurations and provide high flow rates at a low differential pressures.

GW+GE Series

GW series filter separators for wet gas, remove particles of dust, dirt, sand and pipe scale plus liquids, including water, natural gas liquids, and light hydrocarbons. These housings have a two-stage construction utilizing cartridges and a mist eliminator. Choose the vertical configuration GW Series for low-volume applications. Also available is the GE series (horizontal housing configuration) for high-volume applications.

Sentinel Horizontal Gas Coalescer

SentinelTL™ with the customizable Twist-LOK™ filter elements is the only Horizontal Coalescer on the market with the flexibility to be applied in all critical protection applications from compressor suction and protection to final measurement and regulation stations. It can also be applied in cryogenic processing plants as pre-and post process protection. The key to this product is it is not hampered by turn down issues inherent in traditional Filtration.

Oil & Gas Vapor Phase

GR Series

The GR series reverse flow, wet gas coalescer removes compressor oil, trace hydrocarbons and water. It is not intended to remove particles or large amounts of water. This coalescer contains a large bottom sump area for the collected liquids, as well as a standard upper chamber sump.

GR series housings are configured vertically regardless of flow rate to utilize gravitational liquid removal benefits. These housings can be customized to customer specs including automation which is available for monitoring and dumping of collected liquids.

A Series

H Series

  • Carbon and stainless steel construction. Optional epoxy lined housings are also available
  • ASME code stamp available
  • Housings have a unique V-bar cartridge guide for easy and ac- curate installation of 740 style cartridges
  • The 740 series cartridge has dual o-ring seals that seats itself as the housings cover is tightened, insuring no liquid bypass. No springs or cups are used.
  • Gauge ports and drain ports are pre-tapped making gauges and valves easy to install
  • A handle on the cover makes the vessel safer and easier to use than competitive vessels without this feature
  • Multiple closure o-ring materials are available including Viton (standard), Buna, EPDM, and PTFE encapsulated silicone
H Series Universal Plex

HF Series

The HF series high flow single and multiple cartridge filter housings have been designed specifically for high output while occupying only a small footprint area. Housings can be constructed in either a horizontal or vertical orientation depending on the availability of space.


The standard horizontal configuration of this housing minimizes pressure drop and makes cartridge element change-out much easier. Typical markets for the HF series filter housings include: food & beverage, chemical, refinery processes, oil & gas, water filtration, pulp & paper, metal finishing and power generation.

H Series Horizontal Multi-Cartridge

K Series

The K series fabricated, in-line, basket strainers effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. Standard housing material is either 316 stainless steel or carbon steel. Housings come equiped with a standard 1/8" perforated stain-less steel basket. These strainer housings have many customizable features such as material of construction, closure style, pressure rating, connection style and size, and support legs. Custom perforation sizes or mesh lined baskets are also available.

k series

KNW Series

The Nowata KNW series, simplex basket strainers in cast carbon steel, are in-line T-strainer housings and are commonly installed into pipeline systems to remove debris from the pipeline flow. These basket strainers are used where debris loading is high and the collection of solids is required. Straining is achieved by using a perforated or mesh lined wedge-cut straining basket, inside the strainer housing. It is important to note that the proper size of a basket strainer is determined by its job function, not by the size of the pipeline.

KS Series

The KS series, ANSI 125 class, Simplex basket strainers in cast iron, are in-line T strainer housings and are commonly installed in-to pipeline systems where debris loading is high and the collection of solids is required. Straining is achieved by using a perforated or mesh lined straining basket, inside the strainer housing. It is important to note that the proper size of a basket strainer is determined by its job function, not by the size of the pipeline.

KW Series

The KW series, ANSI 150 class, simplex cast basket strainers are available in 316 stainless steel or carbon steel. These in-line strainer housings have a wedge cut designed strainer basket. Baskets are 1/16" perforated 304 stainless steel as standard, with other options available.

kw series

KY Series

These KY series, ANSI 1500, flanged end, cast stainless steel and carbon steel, Y-strainer housings effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products in many demanding industrial filtration applications.

Ideal for high pressure applications, these Y type strainers have flanged ends with standard sizes available from 2 to 8 inches. The standard housing material is either 316 stainless steel or carbon steel. Housings come equipped with a 1/16" perforated stainless steel screen. Custom perforation sizes are also available.

ky series

M Series

The M series horizontal or vertical, multi-cartridge housing has the unique design of assuring the elements are seated in the mount receptacles before the closure can be tightened. This prevents improper reseating of cartridges prior to being placed into service and also keeps possible system back pressure from dislodging the elements from their respective seals. The design also includes an internal element support plate to aid in dirty element removal without damage to element supports from dead weight deflection.

N Series

The N series high-flow, multi-cartridge filter housings are designed for long life and exceptional value. These multipurpose, high flow, 150 psi filters are built with our continued commitment to quality that has made us a leader in filtration systems worldwide.

N series filter housings have numerous, customizable options and features including sizes ranging from 22 to 230 cartridge models. Housing construction materials are carbon steel (NC series) or 316 stainless steel (NU series). All N series filters are built to ASME code design standards for added quality assurance.

n series

P Series

The P series pleated cartridge filter housings are especially suited for use with the Nowata high flow 644 PC series pleated cellulose filter cartridges. Designed for long life, these multi-purpose, high flow, cartridge filter housings offer exceptional value. The vessels accept cartridges that are 44 inch long, by 6 inches outside diameter, by 3.5 inches inside diameter. All P series filter housings are designed to ASME code standards for added quality assurance. The ASME code stamp is an optional feature. Housings are available in the standard horizontal design (shown) or optional vertical configuration. The P series pleated cartridge filter housings are designed for use in many industrial applications including fuels, hydraulic oils, lube oils, seal oils, oil & water filtration, petroleum refining applications, pulp & paper industry, and power generation.

p series

SNB Series

The SNB series, side entry, single bag filter housings are economical and durable for use in applications such as water, chemical, food and general industrial processes. Standard housing material is 316 stainless steel or 304 stainless steel. The cover opening direction can be changed to any one of the four Zinc plated steel eye bolts for easy bag change-out. These housings are designed for use with our standard filter bags or the high efficiency filter bags plus a variety of o-ring materials without any alterations. Standard housings are mechanically polished as shown. Electro-Polishing is an optional feature. The design of these units assures that they can be easily incorporated into your system. This means that whether it’s paints, chemicals, coolants, inks or water, the SNB series, side entry, single bag filter housings will fit the need.

TNB Series

The TNB series, top entry, single bag filter housings are economical and durable filters for use in applications such as water, chemical, food and general industrial processes. Standard housing material is 316 stainless steel or 304 stainless steel. The design of the housings allows the use of standard and high efficiency filter bags plus a variety of o-ring materials without any alterations. Housings are mechanically polished as a standard finish (as shown). The standard design of these units assures that they can be easily incorporated into your system. Whether the filter application is paints, chemicals, coolants, inks or water, the TNB series, top entry, single bag filter housings will fit the need.

WD Series

The Top Entry DuPlex bag filter housings include isolation valves to allow one vessel’s media to be changed-out while the other vessel is left on-line to continue filtering. These high quality, industrial and commercial service bag filters are designed to withstand years of field and plant operation. The standard design configuration of these units assures that they can be easily incorporated into your system. In applications requiring high volume filtration at moderate efficiency, the Top Entry DuPlex bag filter housings will provide rugged and dependable service at a price that makes them the sure choice. The design of these housings allows the use of standard and high efficiency bags plus a wide variety of o-ring materials with no change in design.

This means that whether its glycol, hydrocarbons, coolant, inks or water, the Top Entry DuPlex bag filter housings will fit the need.

wd series

WL Series

The WL series main design features are it's reduced height and the spring assisted cover lift. The low profile height makes bag or basket removal much safer and easier since it eliminates the need for ladders, stools or catwalks. The standard spring assisted cover lift makes it easier to open the closure lid and allows the operator to lift with one hand. An optional davit arm is also available.

These filter housings can be used with standard #2 size bags or with the included perforated basket as a strainer. In applications requiring high volume filtration, the WL series, low profile, multi-bag housings will provide rugged and dependable service.

The WL series housing design allows the use of standard and high efficiency bags plus a wide variety of o-ring materials with no change in design.

WL Series

WP Series

The Top Entry Multiplex WP series bag housings are available in valved or non-valved configurations. Isolation valves allow one vessel’s filter media to be changed while another is left on-stream filtering. These high quality industrial and commercial service vessels are designed to withstand years of field and plant operation. In applications requiring high volume filtration at moderate efficiency, the Top Entry Multiplex bag housing will provide rugged and dependable service.

The design of the housing allows the use of standard and high efficiency bags and a wide variety of o-ring materials with no change in design. This means that whether it's filtering hydrocarbons, glycol, coolant, inks or water, the Top Entry Multiplex WP series bag housing will fit the need. 

wp series

W Series

The Multi-Round, W series, bag housings effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. They can be used with standard #2 size bags or with the included perforated baskets as strainers. Housing material is available in carbon steel or 316 stain-less steel wetted construction.

Optional construction design can include exotic materials (such as Hastelloy), different connection styles and sizes, bag hold down plate or baskets with mesh lining.

Housings that are 24 inches and under, outside diameter, feature a flat top style lid, while housings over 24 inches O.D. utilize a dish style lid (as shown).

Features such as inlet & outlet locations can be customized from side-in/side-out, to bottom-in/botton-out, or same side in & out.

w series

W4 Series

The W4 series liquid bag filter housings effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. Designed for pressure ratings from 300 to 500 psi and flow rates to 50 gpm, this filter housing can be used with a standard #4 size bag or with the included perforated basket as a strainer.

Standard options of carbon steel or 316 stain-less steel, with FNPT or flanged inlet and outlet, are stocked at the factory and ready for immediate shipment.

w4 series

W6 Series

The W6 series liquid bag filter housings effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. These housings can be used with standard #8 or #9 size bags or the included perforated basket sup-port as a strainer.

Housings are designed for pressures up to 150 psi with flow rates to 100 gpm. Housings come standard in carbon steel or 316 stainless steel construction, and with FNPT or flanged inlet and outlet.

w6 series

W8 Series

The W8 series liquid bag filter housing effectively removes dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. These housings can be used with standard #1 or #2 size bags or the included perforated basket as a strainer. These housings are designed for pressures up to 150 psi with flow rates to 220 gpm. Housings come standard in carbon steel or 316 stainless steel construction with FNPT or flanged inlet and outlet.

w8 series

W8T Series

The W8T series, top entry, single bag filter housings are designed to withstand years of field and plant operation. These high quality, industrial and commercial service housings come standard with a bottom outlet with elbow (as shown). A straight bottom outlet, or a side outlet are also available as optional configurations.

Oil & Gas Adsorbents

C Series

The C series activated carbon canister type adsorber is designed to remove entrained hydrocarbons from glycol and amine streams which eliminates fouling and maintains operating efficiency. Canister type carbon cartridges are the most economical type of activated carbon adsorbers for flow rates up to 20 gpm. Because the charcoal is contained inside the canister, charcoal replacement is easier and disposal much cleaner than loose charcoal.

ProGuard filter housing
