To Our Valued Customers,

As we approach the end of 2020, there is no doubt it will be viewed as one of the most challenging of our times. As a reflection on this year, I want to take a moment to acknowledge all of our valued customers and industry partners and thank you for all you have done this year and for your lasting support for our business.

Despite the challenges faced throughout this year, many of you embraced your role as an essential business and continued to meet the needs of our society. For that, we are truly grateful to you and your teams. It has been our pleasure to partner alongside each of you throughout this year and deliver our filtration technologies to assist you in meeting your commitments to your customers. Your businesses and the solutions you provide are what brings our mission to make the world safer, healthier and more productive to life. We have enjoyed seeking new ways to improve the efficiency of your processes and diligently working to ensure the health and safety of your employees and customers.

Our focus this year has been to:

1. Adapt to an extraordinary health crisis by adopting new safety procedures and practices to safeguard ourselves and each other. Through these efforts we were able to continue operating while protecting our associates.
2. Maintain high service levels in delivery and quality helping our customers continue to deliver the solutions they need when they need it.
3. Continue to invest in R&D and engineering to bring innovation to the market. Our TRI-SHiELD depth 2.0 technology is an example.

As we begin to close out 2020 and start a new year, the Filtration Group, Process Technologies team and brands that include Facet, Jonell Systems, Kaydon, Amafilter and Waco remain committed to continuous improvement to deliver a high level of customer service and developing new product innovations for the industries we serve and to live our core values of Trust, a Bias for Action and Entrepreneurship.
